My CIA Experience
I arrived in the Philippines at July 21st Sunday early in the morning. In that day. I was very tired. I want to sleep early but. we can’t. We arrived the same day; we stayed in Tulip Room first. We drank some juices. ate some snacks and also. Teacher Chris allotted us time for us to get to our room Sally. At first. we were not friends but after she knew my age we became friends. My first friend in CIA English Camp is Sally too. Now. we are best friend I think because Sally and I are in the same age and she was my first friend. So. my feeling on my first day in CIA camp was good because. I made new friend. It was my second time to join the CIA English Camp. After I finished my first camp. my parents said “You go to English Camp again”. So. I come back. But I know. I didn’t not repent the decision. In the camp. we studied three man to man classes about listening. reading. grammar. two group classes about vocabulary and native class and a sports class. The man to man class is a one on one class so. one Filipino teacher and a Korean student in a class. The good thing about the man to man classes is that the Filipino teacher will adjust for the students. So. I think my English skills can improve more than other academy. And also. man to man’s good point is the teacher points out my insufficiency in the English skills. The group class has good points also. I think group class’s good point is they fill up the insufficiency of each of the student. And also. our friendship will be better especially in words. I think my memorable experiences are the activities that we had the secret room and the ramen room. Every Saturday. we went to other places for our activity tour. For the first week. we went to Cebu City Museum tour and SM Mall tour. When we had done our Cebu City tour it was raining so we couldn’t looked around easily. On the second week. we had our water sports activity at the beach. In the beach. we rode Jet Ski and banana boat. I like that speed very much. On the third week. the last activity. we when went to Plantation Bay Resort. In there. we had done rock climbing. archery games. and rode a bicycle. And we ate delicious lunch. After that. we went swimming. it was very interesting. The other memorable experiences I will never forget are the secret room and the ramen room. If we committed a wrongdoing. we’ll go to secret room. If we’d be grateful for something then we ate ramen in the ramen room. It is very delicious and yummy. However. I will not join English camp anymore. this is because. my age is not appropriate for taking an English camp. But I won’t to join again.
